With Querencia’s specialized training program, our Memory Support staff always focuses on the individual. Each Memory Care resident comes to us with unique life experiences. We build on those experiences to keep residents engaged in life as we strengthen their skills for daily living. We create personalized services, beginning with private suites, which residents decorate with photos and keepsakes that make each apartment like home—the antithesis of a clinical environment. Residents awaken to the same beautiful views of Austin Hill Country shared by everyone at Querencia.

Our support staff are specially trained in care for Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, and selected for their knowledge and compassion. The Querencia philosophy—providing the best of everything—is never more evident than in the work of our Memory Care professionals.
