ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all security camera systems are functioning properly and recording.
• When staffing the concierge desk, the courtesy service staff shall monitor alarms, audio visual equipment, access to master keys, admit after hours visitors to property, check in and out deliveries, answering the phone, and monitor the concierge desk.
• When not conducting rounds or staffing the concierge desk, the courtesy service staff must remain in the concierge area to ensure that the residents have assistance at all times.
• Be familiar with and understand Querencia’s Standards and guidelines, policies, and procedures for assisting residents under duress or in need of daily or medical assistance.
• Contact emergency assistance as required, and direct upon arrival to residents.

Plaza Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

Provide The Plaza Senior Living Counselor with assistance in lead and referral sales activity as well as general administrative responsibilities, event planning, and community outreach, especially to hospitals to increase Nursing admissions.  Serve as a liaison between Querencia and the community at-large to help generate referrals for all levels of care. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Assists The Plaza Senior Living Counselor with the overall implementation of The Plaza’s marketing plan.

• Maintains accurate, complete, and relevant information in REPS of both referral and lead contacts.
• Supplements and substitutes for The Plaza Senior Living Counselor as needed, by responding to phone inquiries, presentations and setting appointments with qualified leads.
• Participates regularly in sales meetings, training and seminars.
• Assists The Plaza Senior Living Counselor in special event planning for professional referral sources as well as prospective residents and their families.
• Responds to requests for information and brochures in a timely manner.
• Assists with Nursing tours and admissions on an as-needed basis, including the signing of contracts in the absence of the Admissions Coordinator.
• Visits hospitals to network with discharge planners, visit Querencia residents in the hospital, meet potential residents and their families and obtain paperwork for admissions.
• Conducts other outreach initiatives for all levels of care including IL,AL, MS and Nursing as assigned by The Plaza Senior Living Counselor or the Director of Sales and Marketing.
